- Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (via Google Sign-In).
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) collects your billing details. We do not store your full credit card information.

- Usage Data: We track actions such as button clicks, page views, and credit consumption to improve our user experience.
- Device Data: Browser type, operating system, and IP address.
C. Google User Data (Gmail) - Critical
To provide our core functionality (Sponsorship Analysis), we require access to your Gmail account. We distinguish between two modes:
- Manual Mode (Extension): We only access the specific email content you actively click to analyze. No background syncing occurs.
- Automatic Mode (Dashboard): With your explicit permission, we access your inbox to continuously scan for commercial keywords (e.g., "Sponsorship", "Collaboration", "Budget") to detect deals and sync historical data.
Data we process includes: Email metadata (Sender, Subject, Date) and Email Body (for AI analysis).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to provide the Service, including:
- AI Analysis: Processing email text to extract deliverables, budget, and deadlines.
- Risk Assessment: Verifying sender domains against public databases to identify potential scams.
- Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to optimize our AI models.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

CollabGrow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:

5. AI & Data Processing
We use third-party LLMs (Large Language Models) to analyze email content.
- Privacy First: Your email content is sent to the AI provider solely for the purpose of generating the analysis report.
- No Training: We do not use your personal email data to train public foundation models.
6. Data Retention
- We retain your data only as long as your account is active.
- If you revoke Gmail access or delete your account, all synchronized email data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
