1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, installing the CollabGrow Chrome Extension, or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
CollabGrow is a software tool designed to help content creators manage sponsorship emails. We provide features including email scanning, AI-based content summarization, brand credibility checks, and deal estimation.
3. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Fair Use: You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the code, sending spam, or using the Service for illegal activities.
- Google Compliance: You agree to comply with Google's Acceptable Use Policy when using our Gmail integration features.
4. Credits, Fees, and Payments
A. Credit System
CollabGrow operates on a Credit System.
- Consumption: Different actions consume different amounts of credits (e.g., Basic Analysis = 2 credits, Full Report = 5 credits).
- Scanning Quota:
- Free Plan: Includes 20 free scans per day. Excess scans consume credits (0.1/email).
- Creator Plan: Includes 100 free scans per day. Excess scans consume credits (0.1/email).
- Validity: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account is active.
B. Subscriptions & Refunds
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
- No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties (AI Accuracy)
The Service is provided "AS IS."
- AI Limitations: Our analysis (including Risk Scores, Deal Valuations, and Summaries) is generated by Artificial Intelligence. AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You should always verify important details (e.g., contract terms, payment dates) in the original email.
- Not Legal/Financial Advice: CollabGrow is an informational tool. We are not lawyers or financial advisors. Our "Risk Assessment" does not constitute legal advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Missed sponsorship opportunities.
- Inaccurate AI analysis.
- Business losses or loss of data.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, specifically regarding abuse of the API or scraping of our data.
